The formula is ideally developed in percentage and the soft creamy texture of the emulsion ensures a flawless result. The emulsifying agents that make up the oxidizing emulsion protect the hairs during the dyeing process.
The peculiarity of mixing an oxidizing emulsion 3% and eyebrow tint "Deep Brow Tint" TM ELAN professional line is that the pH of the finished dye mixture is 7.
