Levissime Eyebrow Activator 6% Cream Oxidiser is designed to be mixed with colours, oxidising them and making them ready for application to the eyebrows. Due to its creamy texture, it quickly combines with the colourants and allows you to get the optimal mixture in terms of consistency, which will not spread. It is optimal for Levissime eyebrow colours as it includes an oxidant complex specially developed for them and contributes to the most even, long-lasting colour result.
