Saline solution Permanent lash & brow is intended for cleansing and degreasing hairs and skin, as well as for cleansing them of micro-debris before dyeing eyebrows.
This stage of cleansing and degreasing contributes to a more effective and durable coloring of eyebrows with paint or henna: the pigment lays down evenly, without streaks or spots, lasts longer on the hairs and skin of the eyebrow, and is more resistant to washing out and fading in the sun.
Ingredients: Aqua, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid. Like 16:42
How to use: Apply a few drops of Permanent lash & brow saline to a cotton pad or cotton swab and wipe the brow area before coloring.
