The liquid pencil is intended for:
- eyebrow modelling before the colouring procedure;
- eyebrow make-up;
- Eye make-up - as an eye shadow.
The liquid pencil is easy to apply and spread on the eyebrows or eyelids. It is waterproof.
How to use:
FOR EYEBROWS: Before the colouring procedure: outline the eyebrow contour with a brush.
For make-up: shape the eyebrows by filling in the gaps between the hairs with a brush, moving from the bottom up. If necessary, blend with a brush.
FOR EYES: Apply the liquid pencil on the eyelids or on the base of the eyeshadow, blend until completely dry. Set the pencil with dry eyeshadow.
