Oxidizer 3% ELAN (blue bottle), 30 ml

The oxidizer is intended for mixing with cosmetics for coloring and lightening eyebrows TM ELAN professional line:



- Gel-paint for eyebrows "ELAN" with an oxidizing agent;

- Ultramarine eyebrow lightening powder.


IMPORTANT! Oxidizing agent 3% can be used exclusively with the above agents. It is not recommended to use the oxidizer in combination with eyebrow tints or eyebrow lighteners from other manufacturers.


Depending on the procedure, use an oxidizing agent 3% TM ELAN professional line in the following proportions:


1. Gel-paint for eyebrows "ELAN" with an oxidizing agent

- Mix gel paint with an oxidizing agent in a 1: 1 ratio in a non-metallic container.


2. Ultramarine brow lightening powder
Lightening eyebrows using the LIGHT technique (lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones)

- mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a 1: 3 ratio (one part powder and three parts oxidizing agent).
Lightening eyebrows using the INTENSE technique (lightening eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones).

- mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a 1: 2 ratio (one part powder and two parts oxidizing agent).

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES


Before use, an allergic reaction test must be performed: mix 2 drops of gel paint / a small amount of powder and oxidizer, apply the mixture to a small area of the elbow skin 48 hours before use.If redness, swelling or irritation does not appear on the skin, proceed with the procedure for coloring or lightening the eyebrows.


Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while handling the product. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the product. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water. Consult your doctor if necessary. Do not use on open wounds.
