Permanent cream-tint helps to get the effect of a tattoo and demonstrates high resistance: on the skin up to 10 days, on hairs up to 40 days.
How to use: degrease the skin with OKIS BROW shampoo for eyebrows and eyelashes, mix the cream-tint with an oxidizer in a non-metallic container 1: 1. Apply the coloring mixture evenly to the eyebrows. After 15 minutes, wash off with OKIS BROW tint fixative.
