Occlusive eyebrow and eyelash tinting system ELAN FLASH TINT 09 warm brown

The innovative occlusive eyebrow and eyelash tinting system «FLASH TINT» consists of 4 colours that can be combined. The tint is packaged conveniently and ready to use (it does not need a separate mixture with an oxidizer). Due to the unique chemical composition, depending on the client's characteristics, her eyelashes and eyebrow hairs are dyed in 1-15 minutes.

The tint contains a unique care complex that moisturizes the hair and does not over-dry the skin. The tint has a natural hydrogen index (pH) preserved throughout the tinting procedure.

Note: the colours «09 warm brown», «10 cold brown,» and «11 light brown» of the eyebrow and eyelash tint «FLASH TINT» are pure bright. To obtain muted shades due to the eyebrow and eyelash tinting procedure, add the necessary amount of «FLASH TINT» in colour «08 black» to these tint colours.

Please note that the «FLASH TINT» eyebrow and eyelash shade is developed based on the characteristics of professional coloristics. Before starting to work with this tint, beauty specialists are invited to take training from the ÉLAN brand team or official ÉLAN technicians.

The unique ingredient list:
– The tint formula of New Era is developed according to the occlusion effect with a high number of polysaccharides, which deeply moisturise the hairs and the skin without excessive evaporation. Occlusion provides interaction between direct colouring agents, the hairs and the skin, ensuring even intensive colour.

– active component care complex ensures moisturising and nourishing hair:

- arginine is an amino acid, which restores the protein structure of the hairs and the skin. It regenerates, restores, removes micro-damage, smooths the structure of hair and skin;
- hyaluronic acid deeply moisturises the eyebrow and eyelash hairs, pulling water molecules and holding them in the hairs and the skin, thus preventing dehydration;
- hydrolysed collagen molecules penetrate the hair structure, hold cuticles together, protect the cortex, and create a film, which provides the hairs with more strength, volume, elasticity and shine whilst also making them more manageable;
- the tint is enriched with the oils and extract complex of jojoba, blueberry, soybean seed, sesame and grape seed, which restore the cell membrane complex of the hairs;
– FLASH TINT is the first eyebrow and eyelash tint with a natural pH, which does not change during the tinting procedure.

Tint is free from PPD, ammonia, ethanolamine and their substitutes:
– the tint formulation does not contain traditional alkalis or their analogues, as there is no necessity in interaction between direct colouring agents and the alkaline environment;
– PPD and its analogues are replaced by the direct colouring agents – a process which does not require an alkaline environment;
– use of direct colouring agents instead of oxidative pigments makes it possible to reduce the potential risk of an allergic reaction.

The tint provides immediate effect
The tint of New Era ensures a bright colour for the hairs and an intensive even skin tinting result within minutes, creating the effect of permanent eyebrow make-up.

Long-lasting colour
- the long-wear skin tinting (up to 10 days) and the hair tinting (up to 14 days). This depends on the skin type and the hair structure.
